More construction going on.... got the bit between my teeth now and want to get this model finished so I can concentrate on my Albatross, which has taken a back seat. ABS mouldings fitted and filled; plenty of filler needed here as the fit was abysmal, the spinners are checked for fit.

And the underside......

The cockpit needed some attention too, here it's partly finished, just got to add the pilot and navigator, once I've finished painting them.

Here are the pilot and navigator fitted in the office....

The cockpit is now finished and the canopy in place, the inside of the frames have been painted in interior colour so when the outside is painted it won't show through...

The tail control surfaces are fitted and covered, rudder linkage is inside the fuze, the elevators are separately linked for adjustment onto one pushrod.

The covering is all done and the white bits painted black to give a uniform undercoat when the grey and green are painted on the top surfaces and to match the underneath colour. Model is based on the NFII variant
