This is one of those "models" that I have always wanted..... and it comes under
the catagory of "Unusual", and it certainly is that. As you can see it is a
lawnmower.... but there the similarity ends. It is built from a kit from Fying
Thingz in the USA and is of foam and balsa construction where the main lifting
body or "wing" is foam covered with solarfilm and the handles are balsa.
Elevons and the dummy engine cover are again foam. Powered by an Irvine 61 two
stroke it is quite rapid and gets airborne quite quickly.
This is me doing my bit for the club keeping
the grass short...... well almost.
