Club Trainers
New and prospective members can now benefit from the use of one of the club's 3 new trainers.
The club trainers have been donated to the club for the use of it's members by :-
Belair Models Dereham ...... Alpha Trainer 40
Mick Reeves Models ...... Hawk Trainer
Anglia Model Centre Gorleston ...... Ripmax Nova Trainer 40
The Trainers were built by experienced club members. The engines and radio for the trainers has been donated by Belair Models and club members themselves. A special thanks goes to the Model shops and club members without whom this training project would not have got off the ground..... no pun intended.
The club also now has 4 fixed wing examiners so there is no excuse for not learning to fly and gaining that all important 'A' certificate.
Please note that The Waveney Model Flying Club only flies even frequencies (60, 62, 64 etc) on 35Mhz.
This is a list of frequencies used by the club and how many members use each frequency. The idea of this is to get an even spread of members using each frequency, so alleviating members having to queue up to get a frequency to use.
Updated as information becomes available.
