It includes a visit to Old Warden in the 1970's. (see the link at the bottom of the page).
This shot was taken at the Waveney Model Flying Club site on the concrete of the old Ellough airbase about 1975.
This was my first model and it was a shoulder wing trainer, unfortunately I cannot recall the name of the kit but it did it's job well even after one or two "prangs"....hence the multicolour finish. I recall that it was powered by an Enya 35 and control was Skyleader.
