This 44inch span model of a Messerchmitt Me 163B Komet
was built from a Keith Humber plan and is powered by an
MDS 28. It is very fast in flight and has a take-off dolly which drops off
once airborne. I get a real "buzz" when flying this model with manoeuvres
being big and impressive and a roll rate that is rapid.
This photo shows the "Komet" with an understanding wife
holding it for size comparison, although not too small it does tend to disappear
quickly in the air and it is not a good idea to take your eyes of it .....
not if you want to keep it!
