Grumman Bearcat
This model is a little beauty, it is an Aerotech kit of
the Grumman Bearcat, one of the last piston engined fighters produced. It is
powered by a Magnum 61 four stroke and is fitted with air retracts. Wingspan
is 50 inches.

Nice frontal view, the cowl has since been 3/4 blanked
off to aid cooling and performance, radial cowls do not need to be fully open
as the airflow cannot escape as fast as it goes in. The wide stance of the
Bearcat makes it a breeze to control on the ground.
